GOOD SHEPHERD YOUTH
Seeking and sharing life in Christ through ancient-future faith for 6th-12th grade students.
Current Calendar, Registration and Readings
Here’s how we help students seek and share life in Christ…
Sunday Morning Worship
Sundays, 10 AM
The core of the Christian life and community, we gather together weekly with our older and younger brothers and sisters in Christ to encounter the Lord together in worship. All teens are also encouraged to serve on ministry teams.
Sunday Night Live
Sundays, 6-8 PM
GSY’s heartbeat! Three Sundays per month we gather to share a meal, play goofy games, worship in song, encounter Christ in His Word, and have small group discussion and prayer. Friends always invited!
DUCS and Confirmation
DUCS is a two year Junior/Senior discipleship cohort meant to equip students to follow Christ and help others do so after high school.
Confirmation Exploration class preps teens to claim their own faith at a Confirmation Service.
Mission Days
Throughout the year
We go together, sometimes with the church, sometimes just as GSY, to give the hope of the Gospel in word and deed to the lost, least, and oppressed.
Socials and Camp Booyah
Socials are simple and fun times to be together, like our Lake Day!
We also annually go to Camp Booyah, an Anglican summer camp in Virginia!
GSY Leadership
Our Good Shepherd Youth Ministry was formerly led by our full-time Associate Pastor, McLean Rabb, along with a wonderful group of other enthusiastic, gifted, Jesus-loving adults in our church!
Have questions? Want to get plugged in? We’d love to meet you!
In the interim, while we seek McLean’s replacement, please contact our office at staff@goodshepherdanglican.org.
